September 27th is the International Day for the Legalization of Abortion. How is it I never knew this? We heard about this coalition organizing for abortion rights, so we made our way to the plaza where they were organizing. It’s an extremely important issue in Latin America, where few countries allow it, and in some cases, won’t even allow it in cases of rape or incest or fetal maldevelopment or maternal endangerment. Colombia allows it only under those circumstances.
This man had a good energy.

El 27 de septiembre es el día internacional para la legalización del aborto. No sabía esto, pero escuchamos de esta coalición en la radio nacional, y fuimos al Parque Santander para conocerlos. Es un asunto de alta importancia en América Latina, donde pocos países lo permiten, y algunos ni lo permiten en casos de violación, incesto, daño al feto y peligro del salud de la mamá. En Colombia, solo se lo permiten en estos casos. Este hombre, apoyante del movimiento, tuvo buena energía.
