van Persie receiving treatment after the Adebayor incident

Robin van Persie is receiving treatment for a cut on his face, which he later alleged was a deliberate stamp by Emmanuel Adebayor. It certainly didn’t look that pleasant as an injury.
Micah Richards and Shaun-Wright Phillips are taking team tactics here too.
UPDATE: Adebayor now has a three-game suspension from the FA following this challenge.
